I use it primarily for chopping onions garlic and vegetables when cooking meals. I have also used it for grinding coffee which made the kitchen smell amazing. The chopping option is fantastic and literally chops everything finely in seconds. Very impressed with the quality of the product and it is stylish too so fits in well with my kitchen.

The blade snapped on my old one and unfortuntaly Cuisinart no longer stocked replacement blade so had to buy a whole new appliance which seemed a bit of a waste. However, the replacement is just as good in perfomance, but disappointing that the housing has been repalced with cheap tacky plastic as opposed to the smart and high quality stainless steel housing that was on the old one. Doesn't look or feel as smart sitting out on the worktop.

How To Use Cuisinart Mini Prep Food Processor

Mini-Prep® Plus Processor. Turn counter-clockwise to lock in place. Place food in the work bowl. Be sure the food is cut in small pieces, and the bowl is not overloaded. Lock the cover into position. Note: Due to the powerful motor provided with this unit, Cuisinart recommends using one hand to support the Mini-Prep® Plus Processor.
