WF-3620 uses a combination of touch screen and physical buttons, but it’s not entirely idiot-proof. The screen can take time to register the touch, and the top-level layout of the menu confused me for one minute. There is one addition that is very welcome, however: unlike its predecessor, the WF-3620 supports multitasking, so you can scan documents while busy printing or vice versa.
