Hi, we are having troble with our control panel. We switch it on, choose the Tuner, and then the lights suddenly go out on the control panel, and there isn't any sound coming out of the speakers, yet the power is still on.
This is the same with the other components, eg, dvd, cd, ipod. We can see, for example, the cd's playing, but no sound is coming out .
We have tried unplugging the control panel and plugging it back in, and it's still didn't make a difference. All plugs are connected fine.
Any tips much appreciated. Thanks.
